Check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance if no other bookings conflict.
The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom can be set up with either two single beds or one king bed; please confirm your preferred configuration in advance.
Quiet hours are from 20:00 to 08:00.
No pets are allowed.
Indoor smoking is prohibited. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
The pool is open from 08:00 to 20:00. For safety, no glass, alcohol, or smoking is permitted in the pool area, and children under 14 must be supervised by an adult. Unconventional swimwear and parties are not allowed in the pool area.
Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay; please report any issues promptly.
No parties or events are allowed on the property.
