Karen of Dunkirk is a gem.

We had the unfortunate experience of booking in when Salt Rock had no power for 3 days. We were not notified beforehand, and received a phone call at the gate when we arrived. My husband has heart problems, and the air cons did not work. Karen went out of her way to arrange alternative housing, cleaning, and constantly asked if they could do more. I will highly recommend them. I'm not sure about the property; the owners knew there was a problem with the air cons and said nothing. That was my only ask.
