House Rules
A cleaning service is available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
Pets are only permitted with prior arrangement with the host, and only if the pets are fully house-trained and guests bring their own pet beds and bowls.
Note that should there be any damages caused to the property by the pet(s), the owner of the pet(s) will be liable for any cost of the damages to the property.
Modern Home will only allow max 2 small to medium size animals per stay, by prior arrangement only.
Basics are provided, like a selection of coffee, tea, sugar, cappuccino, hot chocolate and single serving full cream milk.
