Beautiful property, great value, but the host's attitude left us feeling unwelcome.

The property was beautiful, clean, and truly a great value. Everything about the stay was wonderful, except for the attitude of the host. Unfortunately, I felt somewhat unwelcome during check-in, as the host remained silent throughout most of the tour and only offered brief explanations in certain areas. We also waited around 20 minutes to be checked in, which made our arrival less smooth. While I could have overlooked her behaviour toward me, I felt it was unprofessional for her to act this way in front of my family, especially as we were there to celebrate. A smile or even an effort to be pleasant would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this aspect left a bit of a sour note on an otherwise pleasant experience.

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with our receptionist. This is not the way we operate, and I will take it up with her when she gets back from leave. We always endeavour to act in a manner to make all our guests feel welcome. It is quite upsetting that you felt unwelcome, as this has never happened before. I once again apologise for this and hope this will not deter you from staying with us in future.
