Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The property is located in an area that does not currently experience load shedding, but it may be implemented without notice.
Required Documents - In order for a booking to be honoured we require:
1. A copy of ID / Passport
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules
Not included in the quote:
A breakage deposit of R1500.
Linen fee of R500 - which is only applicable for 2-night stays.
This is a residential area with a no-noise policy.
We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.
A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and two-night bookings. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and braais, and sweeping and mopping all floors, but does not include dishes.
Guests are required to bring their towels.
