House Rules

Cleaning service is available at an extra cost (available on request). Please arrange prior to your arrival with guest house-keeping.

Guests may not bring any pets onto the Estate.

No person shall make or cause to make any excessive or undue noise that constitutes a nuisance to other owners/visitors, in particular after 21:00 on any particular day. Where residents lodge objections to excessive noise, the HOA will take appropriate action.

No House/Guest House/Villa/Rental Pool House owner/visitor may share his/her access code with another to gain access to the estate. Access codes are vehicle-specific and are not transferable to another vehicle. Should this rule be broken, access to the estate will be denied to the transgressor.

No person shall drive any golf cart or vehicle on any Road within the development at a speed over 10 km per hour on golf cart driveways and 25 km per hour on roads.

No person shall ride a bicycle on the greens or fairways. Bicycles will only be permitted on paved areas and specifically designated areas.

No person shall drive any "quad bike" at any place within the development.

Children will not be permitted to play on the greens and bunkers at any time.

All golfers are to register at the Clubhouse prior to commencing to play.

No persons shall discard any litter or any item of any nature whatsoever at any place in the development other than in such receptacles and in such places as may be set aside for the purpose and designated as such by the Association

No camping shall be permitted except at any place which may be specially designated for the purpose by the Association.

No fire shall be lit anywhere in the development, except in such places as may be designated for the purpose by the Association and in a properly constructed fireplace.

Access to the residential properties will be controlled at the entrance gate by security.

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of these House Rules, or any condition imposed or directions given in terms thereof, shall be deemed to have breached these House Rules and will be liable for payment of a penalty up to R10 000.00 (Ten Thousand Rand) depending on the severity of the offense.
