Description

15onRaymond is a lovely self-catering cottage located on the owner's property in Scottburgh.

It's ideally situated close to the beach, the Scottburgh Mall, Rocky Bay Resort and numerous other popular local attractions and caters to couples or solo corporate travellers seeking privacy.

This unit can also accommodate a young child on the he L-shaped couch at no extra charge but we request the parents to provide own linen. Please note that this unit is not suited to accommodate 3 adults to to the privacy set-up. can comfortably sleep a small child.

The unit comprises 1 bedroom and 1 en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed and provides hanging space for guests' luggage. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided, except during peak season, where guests are requested to bring their own towels.

The open-plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, kettle, cutlery, and crockery, along with a central dining table and chairs for 2. The lounge has an L-shaped couch, a TV with full-bouquet DStv channels, and access to free Wi-Fi.

Outside, guests have access to braai facilities in a small lockable garden. Secure on-site parking is available for 2 vehicles.

Rocky Bay Resort is just a 10-minute drive from the cottage and offers deep-sea fishing charters, shark cage diving and a swimming beach.

A convenient self-check-in system has been implemented, This affords the guest the flexibility to arrive at their own time. The host is non-intrusive, yet available via WhatsApp.

Please note that this is a self-catering unit, (no meals included) and daily house-keeping is not done. Host will communicate and arrange a cleaning schedule directly with guests who books for longer periods (in excess of 1 week)
