Not bad but not great.

We were looking for a place to sleep as we came into Cape Town a little late and we found 160 on Townsend. The place was perfect for what we needed; however, we noticed that they are still renovating. We were missing a few key components such as bedside lamps, towel rails, toilet paper holder and a shower rack. We are fairly certain that within the next few months everything here will be perfect. It should be noted that this is a house, so your only private space would be your bedroom.

Was okay. Very clean. Fairly new place, so lots of improvement in the amenities and hospitality side required. Wouldn't stay there anytime soon though.
