We stayed at chalet 17. The service was amazing. Odette at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We decided to stay an extra day and she went out of her way to accommodate us. The resort is beautifully maintained. The chalet was clean with comfy beds. The big flat -screen TV was a pleasant surprise and WiFi was an added bonus. On our last day there we met the resident hippo Fred. What an awesome experience.
