Great experience.

We had a fabulous time. The owner was very helpful from the start to the end, keeps on checking on us to make sure we got the keys and checked in alright. Also asked if we were satisfied with the place. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. The place was clean and in a convenient location with Checkers just a walk away. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and taking a walk on the beach. It was a bit cold, but we enjoyed it. We wish we could stay longer to explore more. Thank you for the great experience. Will come back with my friends .

Fantastic stay.

We were there for a very short time but everything has been so effortless and relaxing, the owner of the unit has been wonderful and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend Casablanca 18 to anyone looking to stay in Ballito. Really enjoyed it.

Maintenance urgently needed.

Responsive owner, when we told him the micro did not work, he quickly replaced it. Windows are unsafe for our busy little toddler and in this heat, better fans are needed.

Nevertheless, the window you refer to has now been fitted with a burglar bar as well. A new fan has also been bought to replace the 1 that stopped working. Kind regards.
