Amazing flat, good value, the customer service was not great.

The flat was well appointed and very well located. The booking process was peculiar in that the host took an upfront deposit that they wanted in cash, which I found an unpleasant experience, and I have no idea whether it will be reimbursed. There was also an issue with a water outage, and the agent that operates the unit was very unresponsive in resolving the issue (which was because they hadn't paid water charges).

Thank you for your review.
I am sure it was explained that it is a refundable breakage deposit that will be returned ten days after check out.
This is a pre-paid water meter, so no charges are outstanding, and I am sure it was topped up as soon as it was reported to have run out.
We do hope you visit again.
