Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must please keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties.
No visitors are allowed except for guests who are booked to stay at the property.
Excessive noise is prohibited.
The Body Corporate requests that all properties in the complex cease all noise at 22:00. Should there be a viable complaint it will result in an immediate termination of your booking and loss of any funds paid.
No parties and large gatherings are allowed.
No fireworks are allowed.
No smoking is allowed inside the units.
No furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
No glasses, alcohol, or loud music is allowed in the pool area.
No skates, skateboards, rollerblades, or similar noisy articles are permitted on the roads or pathways in the complex.
Vehicle hooters may not be used in the complex, except in an emergency. Nor may any vehicle sounding alarms be left unattended at any time.
No children are allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult.
