We had a relaxed, awesome stay at Villa Sabuti.

The apartment is very spacious with large verandahs and quite luxurious, the estate is situated close to the beach. It is a well established estate with beautiful walking trails, a number of dams or ponds where you can spot a variety of bird life, perfect for serious birdwatchers and a few different buck. There are a number of community centres where you can go for a swim and have a bite to eat. They even deliver food to your door. It is a place where you don't need to worry about safety.

Terrible.

Check in was 15:00 arrived just after 15:00 and cleaning staff was still there cleaning till 16:00. Paid for the Jacuzzi unit and the Jacuzzi was broken. Contacted the owner who had all sorts of stories including telling me how "it is not her fault its broken" then eventually didn't even bother to answer calls or respond to messages. Professionalism from owner was absolutely appalling.

The guest arrived just before arrival time, the cleaner was locking up the unit.
That evening they informed me that the jacuzzi was not working.
I immediately phoned the technician and he promised he would pass by the unit before midday the following day and see what he could do to fix it.
Unfortunately, it could not be fixed immediately and that he would have to order a part which was not available in the province at the moment.
I understood that it was a great disappointment not to have something that they already paid for.
I informed TravelGround to please refund them the jacuzzi part of the stay.
I dealt with the situation as quickly as I could but the guest wanted me to give her a full refund when the jacuzzi was only part of the whole experience.
