Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R450 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
Staff are on-site to service daily or weekly if required at an additional R100 per half day. This has to be requested on arrival. A laundry service is also available. These services are not available on public holidays.
A minimum stay period of 1 night applies during the low season and 3 nights in peak season.
Payments:
We do not have credit card facilities and therefore balance of payment needs to be done via EFT or cash deposit on or before the date of arrival and a copy brought to us upon arrival.
Deposit for breakage:
A key and breakage deposit of R450 will be required in cash on check-in and will be repaid on departure if all is in order. If the room is left in a mess there will be a cleaning/sanitization fee levied
Additional guests:
Guests that are not reserved will be charged R300.00 per person per night.
Check-in and departure times:
1. Check-in time is from 12:30 to 16:30. Should you require to check in later than this, arrangements need to be made with the owners 24 hours in advance. After 19:00 a late check-in fee of R150.00 will be charged.
2. Guests are required to check out from their rooms by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Breakfast and dinner can be arranged at an additional fee directly with the landlady. 24 Hour notice is required for meals.
