House Rules

Guests should note that this is a self-catering and self-check-in apartment.

The access code to the apartment will be provided 24 hours before their arrival, and log-in details for Wi-Fi will be shared upon check-in.

Guests are advised to park in the covered bay 238.

The heater can be found in the closet in the room, and guests should remember to turn it off when they leave.

Only toilet paper should be disposed of in the toilet; a small trash bin is available in the kitchen cabinet under the sink for other waste.

Dishes and cups are located in the upper cabinets above the microwave, while silverware is in the drawer to the right of the oven, and pots and pans can be found in the lower cabinet. Guests are welcome to use any of these items to prepare their meals. Once they’re finished, dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher, which can be started when full.

Trash should be disposed of in the 33-gallon trash can on the ground floor by the clothing line, and guests are requested not to leave trash outside or on the porch, as this may attract unwanted animals.

Guests should be mindful of their water and power usage, as hot water is limited. The geyser should only be turned on at the electrical box inside the room when needed, and guests should remember to switch it off after use.

Finally, all areas of the house are non-smoking zones, and guests are asked to consider their neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
