Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are requested to stick to the specified check-out time to allow the cleaning team enough time to prepare for the next guests.
The number of guests in the booking is the maximum allowed, and the manager may check for compliance. Guests are expected to keep the house clean, wash dishes, take out the trash, and hang wet towels to dry. On the last day, rubbish bags should be placed in the designated area.
Smoking is not allowed inside.
Guests may smoke outside using provided ashtrays and should dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by the owner. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00, and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbors.
Guests should take care of the property and report any damages to the manager.
A security deposit is held for replacements if needed. Basic amenities are provided, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional items during their stay.
Parking is typically in front of the house, unless otherwise instructed, and garages are not available.
Wi-Fi details will be provided, and DStv will be activated if available.
