Description

Pearl of the Paarl offers self-catering accommodation which boasts a central location in the south of Paarl just off the Main Street. Walking distance to top restaurants, Laborie estate, Spar, Woolworths, Clicks Pharmacy, laundromat. Paarl Mall is 2 km from the apartment or walk there within 500m. The apartment is close to top schools, golf estates, wine farms and 7.8 km to Babylonstoren and is just off the N1 highway within 40min drive to the Cape Town International Airport.. This unit is an ideal stay for solo business and leisure travellers as well as for a small family.

This apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom, a washbasin and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and the shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities with stools. The living room is furnished with a couch and a chair and a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime video, Disney, DSTV for your own login accounts. The room opens onto a balcony nicely shaded in hot summer. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.

Guests have access to 1 off-street parking.

To Do: The Paarl Park run is on Saturday at 8am at the Arboretum nicely shaded with trees along the Berg river, you could jog there from the apartment. Enjoy a wine tasting on the Tram visiting wine estates in the wine lands between Paarl and Franschoek. Take a walk up the Paarl Mountain Reserve from the apartment or join the Paarl Trails from Laborie estate which starts across the road. Take a drive to Stellenbosch and enjoy Jonkerhoek mountain reserve.
