3 Chimneys Beach House is located on the seafront in Greenways Golf Estate, Strand, literally a stone’s throw from the ocean. This exceptional property offers uninterrupted views of False Bay, with Cape Point visible to the southwest and Hangklip just around the corner to the southeast. Beach access is conveniently located approximately 100 m from the house.
The house accommodates 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, a toilet, and a basin. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. All 3 en-suite bedrooms boast stunning sea views.
The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The open-plan living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV. The house offers a spacious, free-flowing lounge, dining, kitchen, and bar area, with large sliding doors opening onto the front covered patio and one of the 3 braai areas. A second braai is located in the splash pool area, well protected against the prevailing southeasterly wind, while the third braai is situated in the living area next to the bar.
In addition to the golf course, Greenways Golf Estate provides access to a clubhouse with a bar and restaurant, a tennis court, and a large swimming pool. Security is ensured with perimeter fencing, surveillance cameras, and roaming security guards.
