3 Marichel is a spacious, luxury ground-floor apartment overlooking the magnificent Thompson's Bay Beach in Ballito and Chakas Rock.
The apartment comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating 8 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. All linen, bath, and beach towels are provided.
The living space features a lounge with comfortable couches and a TV, as well as a bar that opens onto a large undercover patio leading to the grass area. Pool loungers are available on the grass area, overlooking the beautiful Thompson’s Bay Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, tumble dryer, and washing machine. Ceiling fans are fitted throughout the apartment.
Guests will have use of a gas braai, and free Wi-Fi is also available. The apartment includes a double lock-up garage and extra undercover parking. There is direct access to the beach via the complex's beach access gate. Guests can also enjoy the communal swimming pool at the top of the complex. The beautiful beach has lifeguards and holds a Blue Flag status grading.
