Terrible experience during our stay.

I regret to inform you that our recent stay at 3 Terrace Mews was extremely disappointing, with several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an unclean environment. There were empty beer cans left in the garage from previous guests, and the kitchen dustbin contained garbage. To make matters worse, the garage door broke shortly after we arrived. Although the agent arranged for repairs the following day, she instructed me to be available to open the gate for the repair team—despite the fact that it is part of her role to manage these details. Additionally, when I first reached out about the broken door, the agent responded with sarcasm. There were several other maintenance issues. The sliding door in the living area repeatedly came off its rail, and the extension plug in one of the bedrooms was not functioning properly. The outdoor couches had visible mould, and the living room couches had noticeable stains. Things worsened on Saturday when the garage door broke again. Upon contacting the agent, her response was again sarcastic, at which point I informed her I would no longer engage with her and requested the owner's contact information. My husband, understandably upset by the ongoing issues, was further frustrated by. the owners unprofessional conduct. When I reached out to the owner to explain the situation, I was told that my husband "needs to calm down. " Three days before our departure, the owner finally reached out to inform me that she would consider installing an electronic motor for the garage door. This offer came after multiple suggestions from the repair technician, who had worked on the door three times already. At that point, however, I felt it was too late to address these ongoing issues. Additionally, the owner offered to send a cleaning team to address the dirt and stains on the furniture—again, this should have been taken care of prior to our check-in. Given the numerous unresolved issues and the unprofessional behaviour we encountered, I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to anyone. I believe it should be reconsidered for listing, as it did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or maintenance.
