Situated on the beachfront, 302 Kenwyn-on-Sea is a modernly furnished, self-catering apartment for 8 guests, and is located secure complex with direct beach access and lovely ocean views from every room in the flat.
This first-floor, tastefully decorated apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, a toilet and a basin.
The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds. The rooms share the use of a second bathroom that is fitted with a shower, a bath, a toilet, and a basin. Each bedroom, as well as the lounge, has ceiling fans and large windows.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. A dishwasher, a washer-dryer combo, as well as an iron and an ironing board, is also available for guests to use.
The lounge is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels and opens onto the balcony which is equipped with a gas braai and has lovely views of the ocean.
There is secure undercover parking provided for 1 vehicle. Kindly make arrangements if more than 1 parking space is needed prior to arrival, this may be charged for during peak season periods.
This well-kept complex has direct access to the main swimming beach and offers a swimming pool and communal braai facilities.
Regrettably, no group bookings for under 23-year-olds are allowed.
302 Kenwyn-on-Sea is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and other attractions. The Zimbali and Umhlali Golf Courses are located a 10-minute drive away. King Shaka International Airport is a 30-minute drive away from the complex.
