Description
31 Kabeljou is a lovely self-catering house with spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding mountains, ideally located in Kleinbaai. The house is the ideal getaway for the whole family to enjoy time together; sit on the deck sipping cocktails while watching the waves crash and your children play on the swings or in the tidal pool in front of the house.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The 1st bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom also contains a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom contains 2 three-quarter bunk beds, ideal for kids. The 2nd bathroom contains a shower and a washbasin, and there is a separate toilet.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and a toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools. The scullery has a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs and an indoor braai. The lounge contains comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Free fibre Wi-Fi is available. At the rear of the house is a fire pit under the milkwood trees for those that enjoy braaing outside.
Stacker doors open from the living area onto the deck. Ample parking is available on the premises.
