34 La Vista is a ground level apartment in a secure complex in Mtwalume on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal between Scottburgh and Hibberdene.

This air-conditioned studio apartment has an open-plan kitchen, a sleeping area, and living area. The sleeping area is furnished with a queen-size bed and a double sleeper couch. All bedding is provided but guest needs to bring with their own towels. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over bath, bath, separate shower, basin, and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer, ice machine, as well as a washing machine and tumble-dryer. The lounge is equipped with a TV with an OpenView decoder. Guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder along. There is also comfortable seating that includes a sleeper couch. The unit leads out the braai facilities. The 2 sliding door in the unit has both Trellydoors.

Unfortunately, the unit does not have a garage.

The apartment is situated in a secure complex with 24 hour security. Apart from 2 communal swimming pools with 4 braais, the complex offers trampolines, a jungle gym and swings, and a tennis court. The children can play safely in the whole complex and the swimming pools are enclosed.

There is no WiFi available.
