Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Bath towels are supplied, and guests must bring their own beach towels.
Required Documents - In order for a booking to be honoured we require:
1. A copy of ID / Passport
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules

This is a residential complex with a no-noise policy.
We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.
A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and two-night bookings. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, braais, and sweeping and mopping all floors, but does not include dishes.
