Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- 37 Key Largo can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18 years, and cannot accommodate 4 adults.
- Only the permitted number of 4 people, children included, are allowed on the property. If the capacity is exceeded, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- Guests please need to bring their own towels.
- Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment and body corporate upon booking.
- Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
- Clean linen and clean towels are provided every seven days for longer stays.
- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
- Please note, the accommodation is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- Guests are asked to please be considerate of other people in the complex.
- Basic cleaning services can be arranged with prior arrangements at an additional cost per session, and please need to be paid along with the breakage deposit.
- The accommodation is let as a unit and the rooms can not be booked separately.
- The breakage deposit needs to be paid on or before arrival and proof of payment will be required.
