37 Skerry Vore is a spacious self-catering holiday house located in the beautiful seaside village of Plettenberg Bay.
This double storey home comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet on the ground floor. Two of the bathrooms are fitted with baths and showers and a third bathroom on the top level is fitted with a shower. All bedding and linen are provided.
The kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, crockery, and cutlery. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
There are 2 entertainment patios - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the top floor with a beautiful view of Robberg and the area. Both patios has braai facilities and seating. There is a beautiful garden and a lawn.
There are also 2 lounges with reading corners. The bottom lounge has a comfortable leather couch as well as a dining area with an 8-seater dining set. The top lounge has a comfy lounge set, and a TV with DStv Premium. It leads to an undercover patio with a built-in braai and an outdoor dining set through sliding doors. A Weber and patio table are available.
There is a double remote-controlled garage available and the house has an alarm system.
The house is situated a mere 500 m from Sanctuary Beach and 4 km from Robberg Nature Reserve. Plettenberg Bay is a delightful holiday town on the Garden Route, offering shopping centers, restaurants, and a variety of activities for all ages. A new Checkers and Dis-Chem center, featuring lovely coffee shops, is just 700 meters from the house.
