Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No third-party bookings are allowed unless you are an authorised company booking for employees as per the terms and conditions.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Should the smell of smoke be detected during the check-out clean, guests will be fined an additional cleaning fee.
Noise and parties are not permitted.
Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises.
Pets are prohibited.
Only the number of guests that have been booked are authorised to be accommodated at the property. Additional guests will be charged per person per night.
The host respectfully asks that guests do not eat or drink in the bedrooms, or move the furniture around excessively. Should any damages be found, a damage claim will be made.
Please take care of the keys, any lost keys will incur a fine.
