No smoking
No noise of any kind including music played with the door open is allowed.
No visitors unless by prior arrangement with the owner

Only registered guests are permitted to stay over. Maximum occupation limits of 2 guests. Hosts must be notified of visitors. Visitors will not be allowed on the premises after 20:00.
No early check-ins and outs, bag drop-offs are allowed.
Towels are not to be used for make-up removal. Irremovable stains will incur a fee.
No hair-dye or fake tan is allowed in suites.
No eating or drinking on white linens or furnishings.
No illegal substances or illicit behavior is permitted.
A fee may be claimed for damage to property or lost keys.
Breaking house rules may lead to the immediate cancellation of bookings without compensation. If breaking house rules leads to another guest's cancellation then the person responsible will be liable for this loss in revenue.
