Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This is strictly a family home; no parties or gatherings are allowed. Family groups are welcome.
Limit 2 people per bedroom, except children under two.
No visitors are allowed. Overcrowding will cancel access.
Return the home in good condition. Ensure all windows and doors are closed to prevent animal entry. Damages and post-cleaning charges will apply if the home is left unsecured or untidy.
Homes are self-catering. Replenish supplies as needed.
Only licensed drivers over 18 may operate vehicles. Keep your license on hand.
No open fires or indoor smoking allowed.
Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor area. Improper smoking will result in cleaning charges.
Noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
All guest IDs, access forms and booking forms need to be completed and returned to the host 72 hours before arrival. Should these documents not be received in time, you will forfeit your booking and cancellation fees will apply.
A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 night's accommodation or 15%, whichever is highest, must be paid. This will be included on the final invoice.
Additional cleaning over weekends, will be charged separately.
