Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit is due with the balance of payment, also 1 month prior to arrival, and will be refunded via EFT within 10 working days of departure if the property and its contents are in the same condition as it was found.
Quiet time between 22:00 to 07:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Events or parties are not permitted.
No bookings to groups of 23 years old and younger.
A fee per day is charged if cleaning is needed on Sundays or public holidays. This needs to be arranged prior to arrival.
