House Rules
The apartment building maintains a strict policy against noise. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties, non-compliant functions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited within the apartment premises.
Only guests with confirmed reservations are permitted to occupy the apartment. There is one designated undercover parking bay for a single vehicle, and additional open bay parking spaces are available for use.
The apartment strictly enforces a non-smoking policy to uphold cleanliness and comfort for all residents. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
In the event of damages or breakages during the stay, residents are required to promptly report them to the Manager. Charges may apply for stains on linen, sunscreen, or upholstery.
Upon departure, guests are expected to leave the apartment in the same orderly condition as it was upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in a fine.
For immediate assistance during emergencies, the apartment provides contact information for the designated emergency personnel.
