House Rules
- Breakfast can be provided on request at for an additional fee. It is payable with reservation, but not later than arrival. Breakfast will be served at arranged times between 07:17 and 08:45.
- No heaters or electric blankets are allowed.
- Dinner is available on request at an additional fee.
- Guests are not allowed to cook any meals in the rooms. The microwave is strictly for heating purposes only.
- Guests and their employees will be held responsible for the replacement of lost and/or stolen keys/remotes and/or any damages to rooms or loss/damages to the room's interior where guests are accommodated.
- A daily cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday.
- 420 on Cape B&B's rooms are all non-smoking areas.
- Guests will at all times be considerate of their actions as not to be a nuisance to other guests and neighbors. The volume of the television is to be low enough that it’s not audible outside of the room. No loud music to be played in guest vehicles, rooms and/or at pool area.
No children under 16 allowed at swimming pool area without parental supervision.
- Pool times are from Monday to Friday, 10h00 to 11h00 and 16h15 to 17h15, and Saturday, 10h15 to 11h15.
- No parties are allowed.
