REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
A R 2,000 refundable breakages/security/key deposit is payable on the invoice or by credit card on collection of keys.
The refundable deposit will be refunded within 14 days from departure date if not forfeited in part or in total.
SERVICE FEE:
An additional service fee is charged per short stay or per week.
The service fee covers the cleaning of the unit and replacement of linen after check-out.

No smoking is allowed indoors.
No parties or events.
