House Rules
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement but please note that no pets are allowed on the furniture.
Guests need to take responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during their occupation. Guests use the premises and all the equipment at their own risk and therefore the homeowners will not be held responsible.
There are strict noise policies in place and guests should please refrain from excessive noise and playing loud music.
No 21st birthday or matric parties are allowed. No one under 21 without proper adult supervision is allowed.
Please note that only the number of guests booked are allowed to make use of the premises.
No axes for chopping wood allowed.
Furniture may not be moved around under any circumstances.
Please note that there is no refund for shortened stays.
Please bring lanterns or flashlights in case of load-shedding.
