The inside of 503 Oyster Schelles does not match the beauty that surrounds it.

The place is dusty and rusty. Unkempt. Open plugs and wires everywhere. No knobs in all rooms for lights. The dishwasher could not open. You cannot open the washing machine. The freezer had broken drawers. The rooms didn't smell fresh. Dust sits on the TV unit. The rentals could not direct me to the parking. The door where the bunk beds are could not latch or close. The bunk bed mattresses were disgusting. Metal on the bunk beds was sticking out. There is no proper cleaning done there. Felt dirty. The lounge couches sink in and smell. Very uncomfortable stay. The rental agents need to have a look at what is happening inside the house. Basic maintenance like the frames were skew and can't be put back in position. There are soap dispensers in the bathroom that are not operational.

Thank you very much for your review. It is greatly appreciated. While it is mostly negative, we do apologise and will be shutting the unit down for a few days to address these issues. Our goal is to bring the unit up to the standard of its surroundings, and hopefully make future guests' stays more pleasant.

It was an awesome experience.

The unit was neat and very clean, if I could I'd always book the unit we stayed in.
