Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The refundable breakage deposit must be paid. This deposit will be refunded provided the apartment is found to be in good order within 7 days after your departure.
The maximum occupancy of 4 persons in the unit must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be canceled and no refund given.
Quality linen as well as bath- and swimming towels are provided.
The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
