The body corporate rules are handed to guests as they book in and this is managed by the security guard for the benefit of all occupants using the holiday flats. Bringing a charcoal braai into the flat building is dangerous and against the rules and there is a gas braai supplied. The unit only accomodates two parked vehicles and therefore a third and fourth vehicle could not be allowed. If you felt harrased with them enforcing rules that keep the building safe and underline the policies of rental then that is what is aired here.
