Baie rustige area en veilige verblyf.

Karin was vriendelik en behulpsaam die 3 dae wat ek daar gewoon het. Ek het niks negatief te sê oor 6 on Columbus nie. Sal vir seker weer gebruik maak. Goeie ligging, naby aan malls en stapafstand van 'n steakhouse af.

Neat and clean, pedestrian gate is however not locked offering 24 hour free access to the premises from the street. Yard area in process of being renovated and parking area currently not in great shape i. e. sandy/muddy from the street.

Gate to be kept locked at all times and residents to be issued with a key.

Thank you for the review. We do apologise about the renovations.
We however do not have a pedestrian gate so not sure what you are referring to. There is only one gate for vehicles to enter and exit.
The neighbourhood also has 24-hour security access control.

Manager was not welcoming.

Our breakfast that we ordered for 08:00 am came at 08:40 am and made me late for my meeting that I had that morning. As for the manager, she was not so welcoming and gave us an attitude. The only welcoming and kind person was the maintenance guy and helped us out if we needed something for our stay.

I was not happy with the overall service that I received.

Not good, the morning after my first night, they did not clean the room, make the bed, or change the bedding. The following morning, the water was cold, so I could not take a shower. Apparently, they said the gas had finished. They should have it checked regularly. The checkout time on the confirmation email stated up to 11 am, but on the day of checkout, they told me 10 am.
