Breakage Deposit

House Rules
A maximum of 4 guests is allowed in the apartment.
Sleeping on the couches or using pillows on the floor is not permitted.
Towels provided in the apartment may not be used for swimming or taken outside the apartment.
Out of respect for the neighbors, no loud music or parties are allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. This includes cigarettes, vaping, pipes, and any other substances.
Guests are requested to switch off all lights and fans and close all windows when leaving the apartment, especially in case of rain.
Upon departure, please ensure that all lights and fans are switched off.
Any breakages or damages must be reported to the host immediately.
