On receipt of the keys to the property very little information was given as to what all the various alarms, load shedding, amenities of the house were.

For us the size of the property was great, but that's about as far as it went. There were no battery lamps provided for load shedding, no WIFI reception in downstairs rooms, windows needed a good clean, lightbulbs missing in lamp in main bedroom, broken light switches, showers in 2 of the bedrooms could do with a good clean and generally the place could do with a bit of TLC. Paving by washing line in very bad condition and dangerous. For the price paid, would have expected a little better. Could really do with a visitor's manual on how to use the facilities provided ie. burglar alarm, and correct load shedding area when using the app.
