69 Lagoon is situated close to Marina Beach in Kwazulu-Natal. 69 Lagoon can accommodate up to 8 guests, comprising a spacious house and a separate flat, both overlooking the lagoon.

The main house accommodates 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have twin beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Each en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The main ensuite also has a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a drinks fridge. A private study nook and Wi-Fi ensure a convenient work setup, while a private library provides ample reading material. Guests also have access to water tanks, a chest freezer, and a canoe for private use on the lagoon. Outdoor features include a covered braai area with seating for 8, a swimming pool, and a double carport. Security is ensured with an alarm system, CCTV, and an electric gate. An internal staircase connects the main house to the flat.
