At no time may the playing of music, television sets, or radios be a disturbance to other tenants.
Between the hours of 22h00 and 07h00, the sound on the above equipment must be reduced to a level only audible in your unit.
Between the hours of 22h00 and 07h00 loud talking, or shouting is not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
No smoking allowed in apartment.
No parties, functions or matric rage bookings will be accepted.
Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
An extra cleaning service and linen change can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
