Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Extra costs:
- A refundable breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is charged per booking.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded after inspection, should there be no breakages or damages to the property.
- The balance must be paid in full 1 week before arrival.

House rules:
- Guests will also be sent a separate booking contract to read through and complete, which must be sent back to the agent.
- Guests cannot check in on Christmas Day, Day of Goodwill or New Year's Day.
- No cleaning services are offered.
- No student bookings or parties/events permitted.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the unit.
- No pets of any kind are allowed.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- No parties or overcrowding allowed. Guests will immediately forfeit the entire booking amount and breakage deposit and be evicted.
- No noise is allowed between 21:00 and 08:00. Please be mindful of the surroundings (i.e. no loud music or TV, no screaming children.)
