The deposit must be paid to TravelGround and the balance must be paid to the owner of the unit 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Normal complex rules apply.
Pets are not permitted.
No students permitted without a parent accompanying such persons.
Smoking is not permitted in this unit.
The apartment is serviced 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. This includes making up of beds, cleaning of bathrooms, and sweeping and mopping of floors. Linen and bath towels are provided, and guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
