7 Villa Flamenco offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a furnished ground-floor apartment situated in the Villa Flamenco complex in Shaka’s Rock. The complex offers direct access to the beach.
The tastefully decorated apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination as well as a bar fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave, a kettle and toaster, and crockery and cutlery. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar. The lounge has comfy seating and a TV with selected DStv channels. The lounge area leads out onto a patio with sea and beach views.
The complex offers communal braai facilities which guests are welcome to use. The small, well-run complex is secure with constant supervision and a good security record. Guests have access to a lock up garage for one vehicle and other limited parking (on a first come first serve basis) in the complex.
The apartment is serviced 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. This includes making up of beds, cleaning of bathrooms, washing of dishes, and sweeping and mopping of floors. Linen and bath towels are provided, and guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
No students permitted without a parent accompanying such persons.
