Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A R2000 breakage deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
The maximum occupancy of 8 persons in the unit must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be canceled and no refund given.
Check in is from 14:00 and before 18h00 on the day of arrival.
Check-ins after 21h00 will incur a surcharge of R200.00.
Check out is before 10:00 hours on the day of departure.
Quality linen as well as bath- and swimming towels are provided.
The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
