When you accept the quote, guests agree to complete and return a personal information document along with a copy of your ID document.
Please ensure that the correct number of guests are listed on the booking form, as these will be the only persons authorized to use the house and its facilities.

No loud music, excessive noise, or parties are allowed. Day visitors are not allowed. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction with no refund, including forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the houses.
Please pack the following must-have items: beach towels, dishcloths, wood, food, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and extra black bags.
If you are staying with the host for 7 nights or longer, please arrange in advance for additional linen. This is not included in your rate, but the host can provide it for an additional fee.
