House Rules
Bring your own towels.
Guests are requested to adhere to the specified check-out time to give the cleaning team enough time to prepare for the next guests.
The number of guests in the booking is the maximum allowed, and the manager may verify this.
Guests are expected to keep the house clean, wash dishes, take out the trash, and hang wet towels to dry.
On the last day, trash bags should be placed in the designated area.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Guests may smoke outdoors using the provided ashtrays and must responsibly dispose of cigarette butts.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by the owner.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00, and guests are asked to minimize noise to respect the neighbors.
Guests must take care of the accommodation and report any damage to the manager.
A breakage deposit is held for replacements if necessary. Basic amenities are provided, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional items during their stay.
Parking is usually in front of the house unless otherwise arranged, and garages are not available.
Wi-Fi details will be provided, and DStv will be activated if available.
