8 The Islands is a bright and airy ocean-view self-catering holiday apartment situated in the prime location of Thompson's Bay. This is a great option for a getaway on the coast with friends and family as this complex is just a short walk away from Chaka’s Rock Tidal Pools.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a full en suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom which has a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv and Netflix. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

This living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table, a lounging corner and a gas braai which is the perfect spot for guests to enjoy both a morning coffee or a sundowner while admiring the ocean views. Guests have full access to the complex’s communal swimming pool where they can cool off on those hot summer days.
