Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The apartment uses pre-paid electricity power. Guests are responsible for the electricity consumption during their stay. As a gesture of goodwill, electricity will be charged before guests' arrival, if more is required guests must top it up themselves.
The apartment is on a self-catering basis and the supply of soap, shower soap, cream, 1 x toilet roll per bathroom, black bag for rubbish bin, coffee, tea, sugar and washing-up liquid is provided on arrival only.
The cleaning fee charged is for the departure cleaning and does not include interim cleaning. The latter can be arranged in advance for an extra fee.
No more than 4 guests may stay overnight in the apartment at any given time.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Guests may not use the bath towels for swimming towels.
All windows and doors must be closed when guests are not in the apartment. The Beach is known for the wind that suddenly starts blowing strongly which can cause damage.
No noise or loud music is allowed.
Quiet time is from 22:00 to 08:00.
Guests may not enter the elevator with wet feet.
No laundry or towels may be hung over the balcony railing.
Should please no throwing food, cigarette or any items over the balcony railing.
Contact will be made in person in advance and booking documents will be sent for signature which must be returned with a copy of ID document.
Please note that guests cannot check-in on 25 and 26 December and 1 January.
